Refund policy

Thanks for purchasing at Walnut Art. We hope you enjoy our products. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase or have any queries, we are here to help you with that.

1. Return criteria

  1. Please contact support prior to your return. Our team will assist you through the specific return process. Items returned without our support team's assistance or without notifying the support team will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
  2. An item purchased must be returned at the customer's discretion within 15 calendar day(s) from the date of product delivery.
  3. All returned items must be unused and in the same condition as they were at the time of purchase. Tampered items will not be accepted and, thus, must be refrained from being returned.
  4. Items must be returned in original packaging only.
  5. Products such as customized products, used brushes, used paints, and other used consumable products are not eligible for the Return Policy.

2. Refund and shipping terms

  1. Upon the successful return of the product, we will notify of the refund status after scrutiny.
  2. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost, which is not covered by the Refund Policy and will not be reimbursed by Walnut Art.
  3. However, if Walnut Art makes a delivery mistake or error, all charges, including the total cost of purchase and shipping charges, will be refunded to the customer within 20 day(s) of notice of the issue.
  4. A refund shall only be expected upon the condition of the item returned.
  5. The refunded amount shall be credited to the customer's registered account within 20 calendar day(s) of reporting the issue.
