Order Confirmation

  • You’ll receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout.
  • Orders requiring authorization will be flagged in the email.
  • Important: Once verified, orders enter our automated fulfillment system, and will typically take 1-2 business day(s) to be shipped. Some products will have a specific shipping date listed on the product detail page. Changes/cancellations are not guaranteed but will be prioritized upon request.

Cancellation Policy

  • Pre-Shipment: Contact customer support for cancellation attempts.
  • Post-Shipment: Cancellations are unavailable. Please initiate a return after delivery.

2. Countries We Ship To

We currently only offer shipment to United States (continental). We are working hard to expand our service to other regions and countries. Please stay tuned for more updates in the future.

Important: We do not deliver to PO Box or private mailbox addresses. Packages sent to PO Boxes or private mailbox addresses may result in lost shipments, in which the customer takes full responsibility for such incidents. Please provide an accurate residential or business address to ensure secure delivery.
